Vintage Description:

Deceptively pale in color, the Rosé offers plenty of textural intensity and resonance. Cranberries, crushed rocks, mint, white flowers, white pepper and orange peel abound. This makes a fine aperitif, but it also has the depth to pair with a wide range of foods at the dinner table. (Antonio Galloni - Vinous, Nov 2023)

Vinification:
The grapes were gently pressed and the clarified musts fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts. After a short aging, these dry base wines were blended, refined with a dosage (Liqueur de Tirage, a mixture of yeast & sugar), botteled and sealed with a crown cap.
Ageing:
After re-fermentation in the bottle, matured on the lees for about three years. After disgorging refined with a light dosage of 8 g/l.
