    Vintage Description:

    The nonvintage Champagne cuvée is very much in the house style: crisp and without malolactic fermentation. Ripe fruits balance the crispness while some bottle age has allowed the acidity to soften. This is a very fine wine that is ready to drink. (Roger Voss - Wine Enthusiast, Dec. 2022)

    Vinification:

    The grapes were gently pressed and the clarified musts fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts. After a short aging, these dry base wines were blended, refined with a dosage (Liqueur de Tirage, a mixture of yeast & sugar), bottled and sealed with a crown cap.
