The grapes come from the terroirs of Aÿ, Bouzy, Ambonnay, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Villers-Marmery.Ernte:

The grapes were gently pressed and the clarified musts fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts. After a short aging without malolactic fermentation, these dry base wines were blended, refined with a dosage (Liqueur de Tirage, a mixture of yeast & sugar), bottled and sealed with a crown cap.Ageing:
After re-fermentation in the bottle, matured on the lees for about three years. After disgorging refined with a dosage of 8 g/l.Residual sugar:
